Processing time is one to three business days. The estimated delivery window is six to twelve days after carrier handoff. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is free on every order. We cover duties, taxes, and import-related charges. We do not require customers to pay additional amounts to receive their orders.

Returns are accepted within sixty days of delivery. Refunds are processed within five to ten business days after inspection. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide, as confirmed by the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, our Shipping Policy governs the resolution. Title to the products passes to you upon delivery, subject to our right to cancel or refuse an order as described in these terms.

You agree to use the products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any instructions provided. You agree not to misuse the products, to modify them in ways that create safety risks, or to use them in a manner that violates applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of this store, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication before pursuing formal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms prevents you from contacting consumer protection authorities or from pursuing rights available to you under mandatory local law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.
